The Brewery Café
Due to the current measures, you must carry a CST (Covid Safe Ticket) and wear a face mask when moving around the brewery café.

Guided Tours
As things stand, we continue to give guided tours at 3 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Wearing of face masks is also mandatory on these tours.

Tripel Kanunnik is a 4-grain beer brewed to an original Wilderen ‘canon’ recipe

A smooth, spicy Tripel that is refermented in the bottle and has a mild aftertaste thanks to the use of fine, cultivated hop varieties.

Unusually, the beer also has rye added to it as well as barley, wheat and oats, which endows this Tripel with a very individual character. The former classic Tripel glass conceals two secret messages…

Welcome to our hospitable brewery café, which is housed in an old, half-timbered farmhouse dating from 1743. The unique, modern atmosphere makes for a timeless and spacious feeling.

A clear, amber-coloured beer that is made deliciously palatable by the use of specific hop varieties and a finely balanced selection of malts.

The intense, brown-red colour is derived from a specially selected dark malt. The pure, mild and rounded flavour, combined with a modestly dry bitterness in the aftertaste, ensures that this is a very approachable beer.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS:

The Brewery Café is closed during the Christmas holiday period from Friday 24 December to Thursday 13 January.

We will be OPEN again from Friday 14 January at 7 pm!
